Have you ever had anyone call you a dreamer in a negative context? Sometimes people who’ve lost the ability to see anything better than what they’re currently experiencing choose to put down the vision, goals, and dreams of others. If you’ve been belittled or mocked for seeing great things in the future, I encourage you to take it as a compliment. In uncertain days, especially with the pandemic spread of COVID-19, it’s easy to lose sight of what lies beyond the present crisis. However, in times like these, it’s imperative to remember that God is not surprised by the situation nor has His nature changed. His plans will prevail and He is ever-faithful, which is why it’s more important than ever to keep dreaming. Don’t let go of the seeds of greatness He’s planted in your heart just because things look unsure. In fact, as my Grandpa used to say, “build your dream, and your dream will build you.”
My friend, the Lord has you in the palm of His Hand and He is delighted when you dream big for His Kingdom. Regardless of your age or stage in life, you are never too old to make a difference in the world. Now more than ever, let your imagination soar and allow His passion to be unleashed in your heart so you don’t lose hope. You have been chosen for a time such as this, and the power of the Holy Spirit working through you has the potential to change many lives. God needs you to be His ambassador in the world today, and there’s no better way for you to do that than to keep your eyes fixed on Him as you daily renew your hope in His good plan!
