A rare character in the industry, Phil is one of, if not the only, producer in Hollywood with a Ph.D. in Theology. Jonathan Bock is the founder of Grace Hill Media, a Los Angeles based marketing firm geared towards delivering high-quality content to faith-oriented audiences. Together in their new book, The Way Back: How Christians Blew Our Credibility and How We Get It Back, Phil and Jonathan outline how Christians in today’s media are often considered “irrelevant” and how we can once again prove ourselves as a force for good.
The Voices of Hope Children’s Choir, directed by Sarah Grandpre, is part of the Shepherd’s Grove/Hour of Power ministry. This group of 1st through 10th grade children is a professional youth choral program which offers musical excellence and a performance experience in a safe and supportive Christian environment. Today, with soloists Noelle Lidyoff, Eden Aulai-Alamon and Jonah Lee, and acoustic guitar with Josh Elmore, they perform “Good, Good Father” (comp: Pat Barrett; Tony Brown) and “This Little Light of Mine” (comp: Harry Dixon Loes) with soloist Haven Schuller. This group is accompanied by Zeljko Marasovich on piano.
Directed by Dr. Irene Messoloras, the Hour of Power Choir performs “My Eternal King” (comp: Jane Marshall). The choir is accompanied by Zeljko Marasovich on the organ.
