Take the Plunge

“When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. In God, whose word I praise— in God I trust and am not afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?” – Psalm 56:3-4 Fear, itself, is actually more painful than the thing that we’re afraid of. There have been studies that show that in medicine and other fields, the pain that you suffer in worrying about pain is almost always worse than the pain itself.
