“For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.” – 2 Timothy 1:7 When we talk about thoughts, we also have to talk about fear. The Scripture says that God has not given you a spirit of fear. Instead, He has given you a spirit of power, love, and a sound mind. There is nothing more opposed to a sound mind than a spirit of fear. Although all of us worry and have anxiety, some of us decide to move in the direction of the things that worry us. And that is you. You were not born to live in fear. You were not born to wake up in the morning worrying. You were given the heart of the Lord. You have the ability to do what no one else can do, because you have been given a spirit of power,
