“Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” – 1 Peter 5:7 Most of the Christian journey is about simply letting go. To become a Christian, you let go of your self-righteousness, and you let go of your past. You let go so that the hands of a loving Father can save you. You let go of your sin so that you can inherit something new. We’re letting go of the things we once thought were so important to us so that we can inherit the things of heaven today. You are letting go and that’s great. Prayer Father, I want to let go and fall into your loving arms. You are strong and capable enough to hold me.
