A Good Leader

“Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.”  – Hebrews 13:7 When you abandon your outcomes, you learn to stop being controlling. Instead, you learn to be empowering to others. You are not a controlling person; you are an empowering person. You are the kind of person that sees the best in other people. Even when you feel afraid about what they might do when you give them freedom, you empower them to be their very best. Because of that, people look to you for leadership and encouragement.
