Do It Afraid

“When you go to war against your enemies and see horses and chariots and an army greater than yours, do not be afraid of them, because the Lord your God, who brought you up out of Egypt, will be with you.” – Deuteronomy 20:1 Faith is not the absence of fear, it is moving forward in spite of fear. When Jesus tells us not to fear, He doesn’t mean that we won’t have fearful feelings, He means that He wants us to be brave and to go in the direction of our calling, even if we are afraid.
