Let Your Cup Overflow

“You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.” – Psalm 23:5,6 Today, I’m going to share with you an illustration that will help you as you seek to conquer the power of worry in your life. Interestingly, the world at large has begun to accept and recognize the value in spending time thinking about Spiritual things  — they call it meditation.
