Reduce Anxiety by Doing Scary Things

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” – Isaiah 41:10 Did you know that doing scary things actually makes you less afraid in the long run? Though it seems paradoxical, the reality is that you are hard-wired to face your fears and push through. Yes, you will have some initial angst, but consistently doing the things you are afraid of or that intimidate you will lower your anxiety level over the long haul.
