Forgive and Be Set Free

“Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.” – Colossians 3:13 As human beings, we often struggle to forgive because we believe that leaving offenses behind us puts us in a position of weakness; but in fact, the very opposite is true. Forgiveness always comes from a place of power. Contrary to how it feels, when we shed the weight of resentment, we gain strength and set ourselves up for success.
