Loving the Unlovable

“Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.” – Colossians 3:12 Yesterday, we talked about the power of the cross and how it sets us free to approach the throne of God in the knowledge that we are welcomed and totally accepted. Today, I want to look at why this is so important, especially in the crazy times in which we’re living. I was having a conversation with a friend on the phone awhile back, and she made a statement that pretty much sums up the current state of our world.
