Every Day’s a New Day

“Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.” – 2 Corinthians 4:16 A big question that many people face is: Why does life seem to go by so fast, and the years seem to go by so quickly? In an old guiding philosophy, they believed that when you are five, one year represents 20 percent of your life, so it makes sense that when you are six, that seems like a long time, doesn’t it? Hence, when you reach 50, one year represents only two percent of your life, so a year isn’t that big of a deal. There is no truth to this philosophy.
