“Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.” -Colossians 3:15

Gratitude is a posture in the body that you can take on. It enables you to have a completely open heart one that recognizes the many wonderful gifts that are in your life. It’s a discipline to say that even though I’m ambitious, I’m hungry, I have dreams, and I have goals, God has me where I am right now. It’s being thankful to God for all that he’s given you. God is moving you, even now, from being in a place and mindset of scarcity to being in a spirit of sufficiency. He’s moving to place  where you can say, with joy, “I am enough, I have enough, God has given me everything I need, and I can enjoy today with joy!” You will get there. God is springing up a well in you one filled with gratitude, joy, and life.

PRAYER: Thank you, God, for moving me. You’re moving me to become a more grateful person. Help me to live that out.
REFLECTION: What are you grateful for today?
