Hour of Power Australia

God wants us to have a happy life. But to have a happy life sometimes requires us to do the more meaningful, harder thing. May we choose to live the way God calls us to, knowing that what He has planned for us will lead us to the most joy.

Sharon Dutra is an author and speaker who spent almost 30 years of her life in search of things that ultimately could not make her whole. Years of drug addiction, homelessness, and incarceration left her hopeless, until one day, in prison, she would find that Jesus was the hope she didn’t know she needed. Now, she runs Be Transformed Ministries with her husband Michael, and they minister to those who feel lost and hopeless like she once was.

Audrey Cymone is 12 years old and is currently in the 6th grade. She has been a proud member of the Voices of Hope Children’s Choir since the age of 7 and had the honour of singing a solo part during the choir’s performance of “A Million Dreams” when they appeared on America’s Got Talent. Other credits include playing Pepper in ANNIE,  FLY the Musical, MATILDA, and SYDNEY TO THE MAX (Disney Channel). Today Audrey sings “Psalm 42” (Kirk Franklin; Victoria Loren Kelly). She is accompanied by Dr Marc Riley and the Hour of Power Orchestra.

The Hour of Power Choir, directed by Dr Irene Messoloras, performs “How Great Thou Art” (comp: Stuart K. Hine; arr: Dan Forrest). Zach DeChance accompanies the choir on piano.
