Be bold in life because you’ll never be certain no matter what choices you make. Take a risk because your life will never be as safe as you want it to be.

If you live every day distracted, cluttered, procrastinating, indecisive, and wanting to be certain about everything, you will never enter the kingdom of God. You will never inherit the glorious power and life of the Holy Spirit if you need to have everything planned for you ahead of time.

A wondrous life is available to you today if you accept the fact that you don’t need many of the things that you think you need. Take hold of that. Take hold of the life that’s made available for you in Jesus Christ. Come to life in him.

Prayer: Dear Lord, I am often afraid that I’ll make wrong decisions in life. But, starting now, I will let go of things I don’t truly need and hang onto you as I move forward boldly, taking risks to achieve what you have planned for my life. Amen.
