“For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.”
– Romans 1:20
![]() Did you know that the default for a human being is to believe in God? According to a recent Pew research study, 90 percent of Americans believe in God. However, I’m willing to bet that 100 percent of people in say, African jungles, believe in Him. Children believe in Him, too, until they’re taught not to. This is because our natural state is one of belief; it is built into us to look around in awe and understand that there must be a Maker — a Creator of all the glory that we perceive with our senses. The world is full of the Lord’s glory; I believe we see it all around us all the time, and science is constantly making new discoveries about the wonder of creation. One of the greatest discoveries made by Albert Einstein in the 20th century is that all matter is energy. Another scientist said that all matter is frozen light. So, if you imagine the tiniest atom and pretend that you’re holding it in your hand, even though you can’t see it or feel it, you can split it open and see tons of power flowing from it. Although it’s just one tiny molecule, there’s loads of life and energy trapped in it. When you multiply that times billions, it’s easy to come to a place of awe of the Creator and His Creation. You see, God’s world is great and powerful, full of life, and perfectly orderly. Simply admiring His handiwork is enough to enable us to trust His ability to care for us. Friend, I believe you have an innate desire to discover the goodness of God! In Matthew 7:7 Jesus said, “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” You are designed to live in an ever-deepening relationship with the One who made you. He readily reveals Himself to the one whose heart isn’t hard. I beg you, please don’t allow your desire for sinful things to stifle and shut out the voice of Jesus. He is ready and willing to speak to you, both through His creation and by the power of His Holy Spirit working in your heart. You are His child and He delights in knowing you and making Himself known! Isn’t this amazing news? |
Prayer
Jesus, thank you for revealing yourself to me through creation. I want to know you and I am so grateful that you want to know me, too.
Reflection
What do you learn about God when you look at His creation? How is He speaking to you through it today?

I believe that God is speaking to me through the chirping of the birds, the rushing wind that blows through the trees.the roar of the waves crashing on the shore. The croaking of the frogs. The beautiful butterflies. the graceful swans . And also through the stars ,the moon, and the sun that is in the sky.He is also speaking through a colorful rainbow, that appears after a rainstorm. I believe that all of us can learn some positive messages,Which is to protect our planet from even more damage. The heavens are telling the glory of God.And all creation is shouting for joy. Come dance in the forest, come play in the field, And sing sing to the glory of the lord.I hope and pray that the Hour of Power will continue its mission of reaching out to all around the world with its positive and healing messages of God. To the Schuller family.I ask in prayer that they are kept safe and healthy from this horrible virus. To all at Shepherd’s Grove, May they be free from Covid -19 and all those horrible variants. As always I remain a faithful viewer and Happy and Wolesome Student in Jesus Christ. May God bless all and the United States of America
