“For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ.”
– Galatians 1:10
![]() In our 21st century world, many of us feel like we are running short of energy in our lives. I like to say that our souls and minds are like computer batteries and when we have too many programs running underneath the surface, we run out of juice. Often times, we don’t recognize how much energy is going into managing our reputation or hustling for worthiness. The truth is, no matter how old or young you are, you can do amazing things, especially if you let go of one important thing: reputation management. You have to stop caring about what other people think of you. Of course, you need to be respectful and live a moral life, but in the end, you want your life to honor God; you want to care more about what He thinks than what others think. We are approved and accepted in the Beloved, and that’s all we need to know! |
Prayer
God, thank you that I don’t need to worry about what others think of me because you have accepted me in your Beloved Son, Jesus.
Reflection
Do you feel like too much of your energy is being drained by worrying about your reputation? If so, how can you ensure that your battery stays fully charged?

I don’t feel too much of my energy being drained by my reputation for that Jesus has kept my reputation so such anointed & highly standard by being holy& pure before HIM always for Jesus is still & always the best thing that ever happened to me now & forevermore!
