When we get emotional, when we feel tired, or when we’ve been really stressed out for a long time, it’s easy to allow emotions to keep us from making the right decisions. Emotions like sloth, jealousy, anger and fear can cloud our thinking and cause us to make bad decisions. Those are terrible slaves, aren’t they? But emotions can make great masters. I mean, some of the greatest leaders alive are very emotional people! They are passionate: they are overflowing with joy, laughter, hug, and energy. And they’ve mastered their emotions. But mastering your emotions doesn’t mean shoving them down. Mastering your emotions means they work for you, not against you use them to lead people, inspire people, and encourage others. When you’ve mastered your emotions, when they work for you, they become a tremendous gift to you and others, amen? |

I like that our emotions are not good or bad; rather it is how we respond to them.
Anger can be good or bad….I agree…….but my feeling it’s usually not good for me except it is a warning sometimes for others to……..back off guys…….My family will usually question the anger and my daughter will become defensive and an argument will arrive….
