Pastor Bobby continues the sermon series entitled “Consider the Birds of the Air.” In this series, Pastor Bobby will share how the Bible uses abstract imagery to help us understand ourselves, our neighbor, the world, and the Lord. Today’s message: “A Heart Like a Dove.”

Brennley Brown is a country music artist from Southern California. She competed on The Voice in 2017, is a frequent voice-over artist, and has a flourishing music career. Today, Brennley performs “What a Beautiful Name” (comp: Brooke Ligertwood; Ben Fielding) and is accompanied by the Hour of Power Choir, directed by Dr. Irene Messoloras, and the Hour of Power Orchestra, directed by Dr. Marc Riley. She also performs her new single “One More Hallelujah” (comp: Brennley Brown) and is joined by vocalist Sarah Grandpre. They are accompanied by Dr. Marc Riley and the Hour of Power Orchestra.

Directed by Dr. Irene Messoloras, the Hour of Power Choir, along with soloists Timothy Hall, Alexander Tupuola and Sarah Grandpre, performs “Hallelujah” (comp: Leonard Cohen; arr: Ethan Sperry).

  1. Thank you once again for another wonderful Birds of the Air instalment. I really like that you pointed out that the word Ruach is female. The creation story has, unfortunately, over the years, become misinterpreted. Your clear understanding and explanation has an essential place in today’s climate crisis.
