God is Doing a New Thing

Pastor Bobby’s encouragement for you today is when God does a new thing in your life, even though it may seem like something bad is happening, believe that what God is doing is a great thing, and prepare your heart to receive what He has in store for you. Today’s message: “God is Doing a New Thing.”

Helen Smallbone is a mother of seven, an author, and a podcast host for the faith-focused site, AccessMore. She also co-founded MUM Life, an online community that stands for Mothers Uplifting Mothers. In addition, she raised three Grammy-winning Christian music artists, for KING AND COUNTRY and Rebecca St. James. Her new book, Behind the Lights: The Extraordinary Adventure of a Mum and Her Family, tells the story of faith, family, and trusting God in the seasons and challenges of life.

Rebecca St. James is a Grammy and Dove Award-winning Christian Music artist. Originally from Australia, her family moved to the United States when she was a teenager, and her career took off shortly after. She has made over 20 albums and has also collaborated in songwriting for her brothers’ Grammy-winning music group, for KING & COUNTRY. Today, Rebecca performs, “Battle is the Lord’s” (Tedd Tjornhom; Heath Balltzglier; Rebecca St. James; Seth Condrey) and “Kingdom Come” (Seth Mosley; Luke Smallbone; Joel D. Smallbone; Rebecca St. James). She is joined by background vocals Raffia Thomas and Nicole Thompson, and accompanied by Caleb Blair on keyboard, and Dr. Marc Riley and the Hour of Power Orchestra.
