Live a Wondrous Life

Pastor Bobby continues the message series about what it means to live a life saturated in God’s presence with “Live a Wondrous Life.”

Chris Horst is Vice President of Development at HOPE International, a ministry that serves in 17 countries around the world. Their mission statement reads: “We are a group of Christ-followers motivated by the Great Commission and the Greatest Commandment to love God, love our neighbor, and make disciples of all nations.” Chris has co-written a book with Peter Greer entitled Mission Drift: The unspoken crisis facing leaders, charities and churches. Designed to help organizations and non-profits focus on their original purpose, this book is available wherever books are sold.

Ken Medema is an Hour of Power with Bobby Schuller favorite. Born nearly blind, Ken began playing the piano at age five and today performs all over the world. Ken’s performances regularly include songs that have been improvised both musically and lyrically and are based on a sermon or story he has just heard. Today, Ken performs “Time” (comp: Ken Medema) and “Reflection Song,” a song based on Pastor Bobby’s message today. Ken is accompanied by Dr. Marc Riley and the Hour of Power Orchestra.

Directed by Don Neuen, the Hour of Power Choir performs “Lord, Listen to Your Children Praying” (comp: Ken Medema; arr: Joel Raney). The choir is accompanied by Zeljko Marasovich on the organ.

  1. OMG I turned on the Hour of Power to day and was really touched by the whole service. Pastor Bobby Schuller, your message was just what I needed to hear as I am at a crossroads in life. The 4 Movements to a Wonderous Life hit every aspect of what I am currently facing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart; you have made a great impact on my decision. I will now follow the 4 movements and move forward from being stuck in the last couple of years due to fear and not enough faith in myself and God. God is Good! You have restored my belief system and I am so grateful! God Bess!
