Our Mission in This Moment

Pastor Bobby welcomes guest pastor Ed Stetzer. Ed is not only a pastor, but a world-renowned author whose writings can be found in Christianity Today, Outreach Magazine, and multiple other media outlets. His involvement in ministry spans over some incredible organizations and churches, as he currently is the executive director of the Billy Graham Center. Today, Ed teaches what it means to be in this moment and how it relates to our mission with today’s message: “Our Mission in This Moment.”

Hour of Power 50th Anniversary Clip – On September 26, 1999, Zenshuji Zendeko Taiko Drums performed “Suigen”. This performance aired in Hour of Power program #1547.

Ryan Stevenson is a Dove Award-winning singer and songwriter. Prior to launching his career as a professional musician, he spent eight years as a paramedic. He drew upon his experience in that season of his life when he wrote his hit single, “Eye of the Storm,” which won a Dove award in 2017. It also became the title for his new book, which chronicles the events of his life and how his faith was formed through them.

Today, Ryan performs virtually from his home “Eye of The Storm” (comp: Bryan Fowler; Ryan Stevenson) and “The Gospel” (comp: Bryan Fowler; Ryan Stevenson; TobyMac).

Voices of Hope Children’s Choir, directed by Sarah Grandpre, goes virtual and performs “Let There be Peace on Earth” (comp: Sy Miller & Jill Jackson; arr: Keith Christopher). This group of 1st through 10th grade children is a professional youth choral program which offers musical excellence and a performance experience in a safe and supportive Christian environment.

The Hour of Power Choir, directed by Dr. Irene Messoloras, goes virtual and performs “It All Belongs to You” (comp: Susan Caudill). The choir is accompanied by Susan Caudill on the organ, Zeljko Marasovich on the piano and Dr. Marc Riley and the Hour of Power Orchestra.

  1. Where can I get a copy of the sermon that I just listen to above. Is there a book about the fair been opposite of faith? I loved this Bible lesson that he just did
