Planting Trees for Future Generations

11/24/2019

Pastor Bobby concludes a four-sermon series entitled “Managers Not Owners.” This series on stewardship teaches that our money is really God’s money, and He wants to see in all of us, whether we are rich or poor, a desire to be generous, giving people. Today’s message: “Planting Trees for Future Generations.”

Luke Lezon is a pastor and author from Atlanta, Georgia, and a leader of The Alternative church. A few years ago, Luke dealt with some inexplicable health issues which spiraled him into what seemed like a messy life. His new book Your Mess Matters looks at how our messy lives are God’s way of molding us for something even greater. Luke’s book is available wherever books are sold.

Caity Jean is a vocalist from Hume Lake, California. Caity has traveled to seven different countries, teaching music to children around the world. An alum of The Young Americans, Caity performed on “The Voice” where all four judges competed to get her on their team. Today, Caity performs  “You Say” (comp: Lauren Daigle; arr & orch M. Riley) and “Build My Life” (comp: Matt Redman; Pat Barrett; Brett Younker; Karl Martin; Kirby Kaple; Karl Andrew Martin). She is accompanied by the Hour of Power Choir, directed by Dr. Irene Messoloras, and the Hour of Power Orchestra, directed by Dr. Marc Riley.

Directed by Dr. Irene Messoloras, the Hour of Power Choir performs “Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing” (comp: Robert Robinson; arr: Mack Wilberg). The choir is accompanied by Zeljko Marasovich on the organ and Dr. Marc Riley and the Hour of Power Orchestra.
