God’s Delays are Not God’s Denials

Pastor Bobby concludes a four-sermon series entitled “Angels: God’s Messengers to You.” This series will focus on four different angel Bible stories; what we can learn from them and how they can encourage us in our faith. Today’s message: “God’s Delays are Not God’s Denials.” A returning Hour of Power favorite, Maiya Sykes is a soloist from Southern California. Sykes attended Yale with a triple major in Political Science, African American studies and Music Composition. She has performed with stellar artists and groups like Macy Gray and Scott Bradlee’s Postmodern Jukebox, and competed on “The Voice (2014).” Today, Maiya sings “I Love the Lord” (comp: Richard Smallwood) and “Are You Ready for a Miracle?” (comp: Bunny Hall; Art Reynolds; adapt: M. Riley). She is joined by Charlean Carmon, Jason Morales and Mika Lett, the Hour of Power Choir with Dr. Irene Messoloras, and is accompanied by Dr. Marc Riley and the Hour of Power Orchestra.

It Must Be His Angel

Balaam’s Best Friend
