The Cost of Not Investing

December 31, 2023

Pastor Bobby encourages us to take a risk for God. The Holy Spirit is always in us and is always urging us to walk by faith and not by sight; that even though things around us are chaotic or horrible, we can walk with an absolute trust in the Lord. Today’s message: “The Cost of Not Investing.”

Jay Hewitt is an author who truly embodies what it means to have resilient faith. In his new book, I Am Weak, I Am Strong: Building a Resilient Faith for a Resilient Life, he tells his very personal story of keeping the faith amidst a brain cancer diagnosis. Even in the midst of challenging circumstances, he put his faith into action by completing an Ironman Triathlon in the middle of his cancer treatments.
