Pastor Bobby continues his series of messages on Lions in the Daniel Den: Living at Peace in an Anxious World. Today’s message is “Walking into the Fire with Jesus”.
Tank Jones is an actor who has appeared on shows such as Breaking Bad, Three Kings, and CSI: Miami. As a performer, Tank was booked at the Miss USA Pageant and co-hosted the pre-show. Tank’s current film, “Union Bound,” is the story of two Union soldiers who are captured, then look to slaves to help free them. In the movie, Tank plays Jim Young, a plantation worker who calls upon his faith to help the soldiers escape. “Union Bound” is in theaters now.
The Voices of Hope Children’s Choir, directed by Sarah Grandpre, is part of the Shepherd’s Grove/Hour of Power ministry. This group of 4th through 8th grade children is a professional youth choral program which offers musical excellence and a performance experience in a safe and supportive Christian environment. Today, they perform “Blessings” (comp: Laura Story; arr: Heather Sorenson) and “This Little Light of Mine” (comp: Traditional; arr: Mark Hayes) and are accompanied by Dr. Marc Riley and the Hour of Power Orchestra.
Directed by Don Neuen, the Hour of Power Choir performs “Hallelujah” (comp: Ludwig van Beethoven). The choir is accompanied by Zeljko Marasovich on the organ.
