You’ll Find What You’re Looking For

Pastor Bobby continues the series of messages for the season of Advent entitled: Advent – Hope in Your Winter. Today’s message, “You’ll Find What You’re Looking For.”

Dorothy Benham and Dana Baker perform “Some Children See Him” (comp: Alfred Burt). Dorothy is a lyric-coloratura soprano. She has appeared on Broadway and been a guest artist with Symphony Orchestras across the country. Dana Baker is a member of the Hour of Power Choir. He, too, has performed in opera houses and concert halls around the county. Dorothy and Dana are accompanied by Dr. Marc Riley and the Hour of Power Orchestra.

Luminaria is a group of fifty women from Vanguard University of Southern California. Members are selected from the nearly 2,000-member student body and are representative of the many academic majors offered at Vanguard University. This group of singers are directed by Dr. Joni Prado, associate professor of music for Vanguard University. Today they perform “Mary Sat-a-Rockin” (comp: Greg Gilpin) and “I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day” (arr: Casting Crowns, Bernie Herms, Mark Hall and David Oliver; orch: M. Riley). Luminaria is accompanied by Dr. Marc Riley and the Hour of Power Orchestra.

Hour of Power favorite Daniel Rodriguez is known as America’s tenor. He has won numerous awards, including The Disney Group Humanitarian, USO Lifetime Achievement, and is a Goodwill Ambassador for the “Heart for Children” foundation. Today, Daniel performs “O Holy Night” (comp: John Dwight; Adolphe Adam; arr: J. Carl; M. Riley). Daniel is accompanied by Dr. Marc Riley and the Hour of Power Orchestra.
