“You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.”
– John 15:16
![]() Friend, you didn’t choose God, but God chose you. The dream wasn’t yours to choose; it was ordained for you. It is possible for you to turn your back on God or your dream, but don’t do it. Be worthy of your calling and your choices. Embrace responsibility and prove that God was right when He pointed at you and said you are the one to successfully fulfill the dream. You are worthy of it and capable of fulfilling it. Be in agreement with God about your future and about yourself. |
Prayer
Father, thank you for choosing and loving me.
Reflection
Do you acknowledge that there is still time to fulfill your promise to God?

After attending the funeral of a woman from the church I had been attending all my life but had started to drift away, I felt reinspired to get back into reading the bible again. This woman was the perfect example of someone who lived a christlike life, was not judgemental, but served and loved with all her heart. She was truly a wonderful, graceful woman whom I will try from now on to emulate. This message was just what I needed to hear and will help me in my journey to better serve others and be the person God chose me to be. I am truly grateful to Pastor Bobby and Hannah for loving and accepting everyone and who helped inspire me to read and study the bible like the church I grew up in did not do.
‘I appreciate being able to read Bobby Schuller’s messages every morning. I have been a Christian since my teen years,
raised in ,the Presbyterian church in Irvington NJ. I remember how important the youth ministry was in our church and in
many churches in the 1950’s In our area it is not so much anymore. wondering if your church has a youth ministry?
