“I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” -Galatians 2:20

To trust in God, we have to believe that God actually believes in us. We have to believe that God really does love us and that he made something spectacular when he made us. Deep down, most of us don’t believe that. But to have faith in God means to have faith that God has the best for us in mind: that God wants us to go to heaven, that God wants us to thrive, that God wants us to do well — and he does!

PRAYER: Thank you, God, for believing in us. Help me to live that way.
REFLECTION: What do you feel like God wants for you, right now?
