“Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”
-Ephesians 4:32
You stand out and you stand up for God, that’s what you do. It’s hard to do in our world.
It’s very hard to do in our world because all of us carry this fear of being an outsider, this fear of offending others, of hurting others, of being talked about, of being pulled away. But very often, we forget that some of us have become slaves. We need to belong so much that we’ve abandoned what really matters to us.
But, not you. You’re that person that goes into a room and you change the whole environment. You don’t even know it. You bring peace, and life, and light, and encouragement into every room you enter. When you walk into a space, you actually bring heaven in and you don’t know this maybe, but people feel it as you come into that room. It’s wonderful.
Prayer: Dear Lord, I am blessed to be filled with your love and light. May I bring you with me wherever I go. Amen.
Reflection: How is God’s love evident in your life?
