“For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love, he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will—to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves.”
– Ephesians 1:4-6
![]() A good father loves his children. If my daughter was saying horrible things about herself, I would give her a big hug and say, “Haven, you’re doing so good and I love you so much. Say better things about yourself. See what I see.” Our Father wants that, too. He puts His arms around you and tells you, “My beloved child … you’re doing so much better than you think you are. You are loved. I’m going to get you through this. I’m going to give you everything you need to endure unto victory.” That’s good news, isn’t it? He loves you. |
