Approval of God

“As for other matters, brothers and sisters, we instructed you how to live in order to please God, as in fact you are living. Now we ask you and urge you in the Lord Jesus to do this more and more.” – 1 Thessalonians 4:1 Today, we can let go of our need for approval, of our need to prove ourselves to others, and live our lives to please God. People say stupid things, and I am one of them. So I am going to be gracious when people say stupid things to me, so that when I say stupid things to them, they might let it go. People don’t always give credit for the work we do. That’s okay, too.
