Courage Is the Cure

The only way to overcome fear in your life is to face it. This is the only way. You can’t think your way out of fear, you can’t therapy your way out of fear, you can’t drink your way out of fear, you can’t sleep your way out of fear, you can’t wait your way out of fear, and you can’t navigate around it. The only thing you can do is lean into the challenge, the fear, or the adversity. The only option is to confront the circumstances that scare you, because that is what stands
