Dare to Dream

“Joseph had a dream and when he told it to his brothers, they hated him all the more.” – Genesis 37:5 The dreaming component in the church, for whatever reason, has withered, to a degree. Many churches have forgotten this very important part that God has called us to be people of faith; to do great things for God, to take risks, to go places nobody would ever go for the sake of the kingdom of God. I think that we need to become the kinds of people who encourage people to dream, especially to dream for God. A dream is happy memory in the future. When you have a really big dream, it feels like a memory. When it’s really a dream from God, it’s like you’ve already experienced it.
