Whether you’re a manager, a pastor, or a coach, there is no avoiding the need to be decisive. Jerzy Gregorek, who is an Olympic trainer, once said, “Hard choices, easy life. Easy choices, hard life.” I don’t believe any truer words than these were ever spoken. But what is it that makes choices so hard?
