Fish Respond to Bait

“ ‘Come, follow me,’  Jesus said, ‘and I will send you out to fish for people.’ At once they left their nets and followed him.” – Mark 1:17 In our journey to become “fishers of men,” it’s important to remember the impact we can have as influencers. When you experience conflict, anger, or frustration with someone, keep in mind that everyone has faced challenges in their lives. Let’s show kindness to one another, amen? When we extend grace to others, they are more likely to reciprocate. If you forgive others, you will be forgiven in return. We must also recognize that fish respond to bait. As a fisherman, I don’t particularly enjoy eating worms—I’ve tried it before, on a dare—and I would much rather eat ice cream! However, fish don’t like ice cream; they like worms. Even though I may not like worms, I need to use them if I want
