God Chooses the Unlikely
“But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong.” – 1 Corinthians 1:27 We talked about sheep in wolf’s clothing yesterday, and how not everyone who achieves great things in God’s Kingdom looks the way we expect them to. Today, I want to build on that idea by reminding you that you don’t have to be perfect or healed in order for Jesus to use you. I truly want you to grasp and comprehend the power of this crucial reality! Many people who are born again and become active in a church realize how “messed up” they are very fast. While this isn’t always a negative thing, and Jesus does want us to mature and become more like Him, it’s important to realize that God loves, accepts, and even uses us in our flaws;
