How Others Experience Your Service

“You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love” – Galatians 5:13 Today I’m going to continue looking at the second of four areas regarding your service. I think this is the most important point of all four: It’s not about whether or not I serve, but about how others experience my service as a whole. Friends, this principle deserves your consideration. In the end, it’s about what people experience from you.  As a pastor praying and counseling people, I’ve met many men who are shocked when their wife serves them divorce papers. He felt the marriage was going well. It wasn’t amazing, but it was okay. This can also happen to a woman whose husband has an affair, and she is completely unaware of it.
