How Would You Answer?

“At Gibeon the Lord appeared to Solomon during the night in a dream, and God said, ‘Ask for whatever you want me to give you.’ ” – 1 Kings 3:5 What if God appeared to you tonight and said, “Ask for anything, and it’s yours.” How would you respond? Take a moment to really consider this. Imagine the King of the universe offering you anything you desire—what would you ask for? You don’t have to answer out loud, but reflect on your honest response. What is your heart’s true desire if you could ask for anything?  I actually posed this question to our staff during one of our Tuesday Chapel gatherings.
