Lord, Make Me Stronger

“The name of the Lord is a fortified tower; the righteous run to it and are safe.” – Proverbs 18:10 As Christians, we do not pray for an easy life for ourselves. We don’t ask God to make our lives simpler by saying, “Give me a little bit of luck.” It is better to say, “God, make me stronger, make me worthy, and make me a bigger and better human being.” You can be bigger than whatever it is you’re facing, but you can only do that when you have an ally, and His name is Jesus Christ.
