“Jesus answered, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’ ” – John 14:6 As a pastor, I have officiated hundreds of weddings. At one point in time, I was doing four weddings per weekend. As you know, these celebrations are a beautiful thing! One trend I have noticed lately is how expensive they have become. I wonder how families are able to spend tens of thousands of dollars on these costly weddings. Can they really afford them? Then I began to think of something else.
