Meditate, Write, and Read

“I will consider all your works and meditate on all your mighty deeds. Your ways, God, are holy. What god is as great as our God?” – Psalms 77:12,13 I shared yesterday how people seeking success in all areas of life utilize morning quiet time. Today, I’d like to discuss this quiet time with God, in-depth. The number one principle is to meditate or pray every morning. Meditation is a Biblical concept, so don’t let the word scare you. The Bible encourages us to meditate on God’s Word! In Hebrew, that word is “haga,” which means to chant or say it over and over. This can be done by memorizing scripture or saying the Lord’s Prayer slowly and letting it sink into your heart. Spend a few minutes in the morning praying over your life and your day.
