The Obstacle Is the Doorway

“Life will be brighter than noonday, and darkness will become like morning.” – Job 11:17 Most of us are probably not going through a big tragedy at this very moment. But most of us go through little sufferings, and I want to talk about the latter. I believe that God calls us to be the kind of people who believe that obstacles can be from the Lord, and that hidden within the obstacle itself can be a great treasure. Now again, I’m not talking in terms of big loss, so if you’ve lost a loved one for example. I’m talking about things like losing your job, going through a bad breakup, or getting sued. There’s this idea that also permeates through the scripture, and has been taught in philosophy, that sometimes the obstacle is the doorway. So try to find the treasure from heaven, hidden in your obstacles. Prayer Lord,
