“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.“

– Matthew 7:7,8

There is something you can do every day that will get you one step closer to creating the amazing and above-average life that God has called you to. Jesus gives us a formula that we can use daily to achieve success. Say to yourself the following words: Ask, and it shall be given to you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and the door will be opened to you. You can change your life if you memorize this text from Matthew 7 and follow its instructions.

First, let’s ask. Have you asked your spouse, boss, or neighbor for whatever it is you want? Most importantly, have you asked God? We confirm our belief in God when we ask Him to fulfill our needs. Next, Seek. How much time do you devote every day to looking for opportunities? Are you looking for signs, knowledge, or data? If you pray for something, it is important for you to spend time searching for it every day. And finally? Please knock! Take action and do something. Knock on enough doors and the right one will eventually open.

Friend, do not throw away your amazing tomorrow for an average today. God has all the answers we need, so continue to ask the Lord, seek the wisdom of God, and keep knocking on doors. Remember that you are loved and treasured by God and He has given you a vision for success. Today as you move forward, choose to ask, to seek, and to knock, in Jesus’ name. Amen!

Prayer

Father, I commit to knocking on enough doors until the right one opens.
