“Your word, Lord, is eternal; it stands firm in the heavens. Your faithfulness continues through all generations; you established the earth, and it endures.”

– Psalm 119:89,90

Each day gives us countless reasons to be thankful. We can thank the Lord that we are able to trust and believe in Him. We can seek more, receive more from life, and do more for others. We can make a difference and touch lives. Remember, the final word is not from the doctor—though we appreciate and respect doctors. The final word is not from the government, your boss, or even your enemies. The final word belongs to Jesus Christ!

If you’re not at peace with God, I want to encourage you to come to know Jesus as your Lord and Savior. Unlike Job, as we’ve been studying—none of us are perfect. We all make mistakes, but here’s the good news: you don’t have to be perfect or have everything together to be saved. You simply need to trust Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Isn’t that wonderful? Salvation is a free gift. God loves us deeply, and if you don’t know the Lord, I encourage you to invite Him into your heart today. We trust that you’ll take that step.

My friend, thank the Father in prayer that no matter what chapter of life you are in, He is with you every step of the way. He never takes His eye off the sparrow, and cares for you so much more! Our God knows the number of hairs on your head. His love is abundant, and He offers us gentleness and friendship. Because of Christ crucified, we have no reason to fear; we can trust in Him fully. Take time today to trust and depend on God and His Word!

Prayer

Father, grant me the grace to trust You more each day and to rely wholeheartedly on Your Word.
