 Did you know that your life has the potential to be greater? I am passionate about encouraging people to explore this possibility! A friend of mine shared that he has completed all the courses and training hours required to become a licensed contractor. The only thing left for him to do is take the licensing exam. He mentioned that passing this test could potentially double or triple his income.
So, I asked him why he hadn’t taken the test yet. His response was that COVID had affected his ability to do so. It seemed he was using the COVID shutdown as an excuse, yet it’s been three years since then. He finally acknowledged, “You know what, I really should take the test.” When someone says, “You know what, I should,” it often means that they acknowledge what you’re saying, but they’re not going to act on it. There’s a significant difference between saying “I should” and “I will.” If he had said, “I will,” it likely would have happened. This isn’t about money; it’s about something occurring within him, which resonates with what many of us experience internally as well. I believe my friend has many doubts, and at the core of these worries is the misconception that his life could not be bigger than it currently is. The truth is, God wants your life to be more expansive than it is right now. By embracing bigger ideas, you can impact lives and create more opportunities. You have the potential to increase your finances and fulfill your dreams. Friend, you can achieve everything God has placed on your heart as you continue to transform your mind and your heart! |

I am just catching up today with this devotional, reflection and with the worship service that occurred this past weekend. In that one, Bobby was talking about the spiritual dimension of life being outside of time and other big ideas like that. The combination of these reminds me that I have a God who Is intimate and yet transcends my comprehension. Nothing is impossible for him, and so I can reach higher.
