The Way, the Truth, and the Life

“Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

– John 14:6

While I was growing up in church, people were always given the opportunity to choose to follow Christ. Today it’s not available in the same way it was.  Each week, I make it a point to offer salvation to everyone who hears my voice, or who reads our daily Positive Minute devotional. It is my offer to you to choose to make Jesus Christ Lord of your life. Making this decision is the best thing you can do!

Jesus told us, “I am the way, the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through me.” We can have faith in the validity of this written scripture. You can choose to believe it or choose to deny it. If you choose to believe it, choose Christ, choose to follow Him. In His teachings, He tells us that whoever denies Him in front of men, He will deny before His Father in heaven, but whoever acknowledges Him in front of men, He will acknowledge before his Father in heaven. Either it’s true, or it’s not.

Friend, you’re the one who must decide whether you believe it, but if you do — trust Jesus Christ with your life today. We’ve all done ignorant things in the past, things we did years ago that still haunt us, or things we said to a loved one that we didn’t mean. It’s all there, but God has the power to wipe it all away. The Lord can wipe it all out so that in His eyes, you have a fresh start. Getting a fresh start is what you need to do today! I encourage you to do just that!

Prayer

Father, as I begin a new chapter in my life, I trust in Jesus Christ, and I am thankful for a fresh start with You.

  1. We all have done things in our lives that we have not been proud of at times. Turning to God and asking for His forgiveness helps us get back on track. God needs to be the. first person that you want to spend time with each morning. You can talk to Him like He’s your best friend, pray, or read His word. You can do all three if it makes you happy. God just. wants you to acknowledge Him again!!

  2. Oh yes most definitely.I choose to follow Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.Even though,I had done a lot of bad things in the past, I can turn to him and ask for forgiveness. He is always first and foremost in my life.My philosophy is this.Do not be afraid to ask for direction and guidance. He is just a prayer away..I hope and pray that the Hour of Power will continue its mission of spreading the good news of Jesus Christ and his powerful messages of healing and Hope to many more around the world. To all at Shepherd’s Grove sending warm messages of friendship love and peace. To Pastor Bobby Schuller and his beautiful family.I ask that God will bless them with excellent health and lots of happiness for many more years to come.To the Hour of Power Choir and Orchestra and their conductors, messages of
appreciation and thank you’s for the glorious and uplifting music and singing. As always I remain a faithful and loyal viewer and a Happy and Wholesome Student in Jesus Christ.Peace to all.And may God bless the United States of America

  3. The Bible (Jeremiah, Exodus, Ezekial) records God’s written Word – “I will be your God and you will be My people.” God made us, God loves us, and God made a way for each of us (through Christ) to be His people. At this Easter season as the earth springs new again with God’s creations – Hallelujah. Choose to be one of God’s people and receive His showers of blessings! It’s really that simple. Thank you Beaux (and Hannah) for your ministry.
