When You Live in a Man-made World

“The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by human hands. And he is not served by human hands, as if he needed anything. Rather, he himself gives everyone life and breath and everything else.”

– Acts 17:24,25

Yesterday, I expanded on the first of my seven Biblical world-changer thoughts to keep your mind healthy, which is: Focus on the spiritual world behind the material world. I stated that the greatest power comes from the spiritual world! I used to think that our lack of belief today was due to science, the modern-age university, and all of our discoveries. That’s hogwash. I believe that our lack of belief today is caused by our indoor environment.

So when you live in a “man-made world,” you begin to believe that the world was made by man — that it was created by humans! But we know better. When we get out of the house, go on walks, and see all the wonders of creation outside, we are amazed by the way our spirit, soul, and body become alive and connected to God! When you live in a God-created universe, you learn to believe that God created the universe.

Friend, there are many creators behind the material world we live in. But the creator of the universe — our God — is in control of His creation. It is safe to lean on Him, count on Him, and depend on Him. He will listen if you pray to Him. In times of need, He provides, and in times of hurt, He heals. The power of God is yours if you believe in Him. This is the world in which we live. Let’s all say, “Amen!”

Father, thank you for creating the universe, You are the greatest!

How much do you rely on our creator? When you are in need, do you pray to him?

  1. Oh yes most definitely.I do pray to him For example.Taking care of my Mom was so very hard and rough on me.There were times when I wanted to throw in the towel I tried to get Mom to do her exercises. But she was so obstinate. It really hurt my heart to see her just lying there. Finally we decided to put her into a nursing home. That was the hardest decision to make.I hope and pray that the Hour of Power continues its mission of spreading the good news of Jesus Christ and his healing messages to millions more around the world. To Pastor
Bobby Schuller and his beautiful family.I pray that God will bless them with lots of good health and happiness. To all at Shepherd’s Grove
I send warm messages of sisterhood love and peace. To the Hour of Power Choir and Orchestra and their conductors.Messages of appreciation and thank’s for the glorious and uplifting music and singing. As always I remain a faithful and loyal viewer and Happynand Wholesome Student in Jesus Christ.May God bless this beautiful country. The United States of America
