Let’s decide to embrace abundance and place our trust in God’s provision. When you let go of fear, worry, and anxiety, remarkable things begin to happen. You start to receive new ideas and inspiration. Your spirit feels lighter and more open. Helpful books, supportive friends, and useful tools come into your life. Most importantly, you gain clarity about the difficult choices in front of you—those decisions can set you free. Sometimes, we resist seeing these options because change can be uncomfortable. But once you experience this clarity, you understand that making new choices can lead to real transformation.

Here’s an important realization. Many of us picture our internal struggles like the classic image of a little angel and a little demon on our shoulders, both arguing back and forth—should I eat the donut or not? I’ve felt this myself, debating small choices throughout the day. Sometimes I resist temptation, but other times, like when I eat the donut, I don’t. These moments are familiar to all of us.

My friend, we often believe the battle is simply in our minds, and that if we just focus more on positive thoughts, we’ll win. But the Bible teaches something deeper: our words are even more powerful than our thoughts. When you speak positive words out loud, they override negative thoughts. Even if you don’t fully believe what you’re saying at first, speaking the words out loud can quiet your worries and bring you peace.
