“Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe on the evidence of the works themselves. Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.”
– John 14:11-13
![]() Do you believe you can do the works that Jesus did? Do you believe you can do even greater things? The Bible says that because Jesus has gone to His Father, you have been granted authority to do signs, wonders, and miracles! Isn’t that an awesome thought? Because you live in the Kingdom of God, anything is possible! Pastors who teach that miracles don’t happen anymore have not seen what I’ve seen. I have prayed for a man in Thailand who couldn’t walk for ten years, and he was healed and stood up and ran. On another occasion, a group of us prayed for a woman who had a tumor on her neck, and the tumor vanished. Then we went to a town where it hadn’t rained for three and a half months and, as we were praying for rain, water began to come down from the sky. Friend, if these stories aren’t enough to convince you, I will tell you again that miracles happen! You can do anything if you do it in Jesus’ Name! You have been granted authority in His Kingdom for the purpose of bringing glory to the Father. Believe that you can do greater things and watch His power flow through you to do the impossible! |
Prayer
Jesus, thank You for choosing to channel your power through me. I am humbled by the thought, and I pray that you would use my faith to bring glory to your Name.
Reflection
Have you seen Jesus do “greater things” in and through you? Do you believe that He can?
